Simple: your customers are seeking security and reliability. Being 'simple' is in direct conflict with one or both of those objectives.
Potential customers shopping for simplicity over either primary concern are best left unserviced and may avail themselved of the various Go-Shoddy providers.
Provide reliable, secure services and expect to assist/educate clients through a one-time unsimple setup.
