Some people are having to run the command in a loop for the bug to trigger: https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/4234#issuecomment-250289253

I'm not sure why; I was able to consistently reproduce with a single call under systemd v215, v229, and v230, on Debian and Ubuntu.
