None of the CloudFlare-fronted WordPress sites I support render even remotely properly when requesting content via Flexible SSL, most likely due to issues with WordPress, the application server, or some other issue on the back-end. Enabling SSL is a whole lot more than handshaking and certificates, and I think most of these "encrypt the Internet" efforts trivialize a task that is more challenging.

This is on top of the fact that it lulls site administrators and end users into a false sense of security.
